Extended Returns Period

We all hope the gifts we buy for Christmas presents will be warmly received and successful.
However, if your gift didn't hit the spot, we operate an extended returns policy to cover the Christmas shopping period.

Any products bought between 20th November and 23rd December can be returned to us by Friday 10th January 2020.
Apart from this extended period, the same conditions apply as detailed in our general Returns Policy.

This is a strict deadline and returns received after 10th January will not be refunded.

Holiday Closure Dates

We shall be closed from 1pm on Monday 23rd December reopening on 27th December and from 5pm on 30th December reopening on 6th January.
