| My daughter bought me a silver chain as part of my Christmas present. Unfortunately she ordered a 16 inch chain when I really wanted an 18 inch. She returned home to London immediately after Christmas - I live in the North-East. She had the order and delivery details in London and, to complicate matters further, travelled to Canada on 2nd January staying for most of January. I therefore emailed Joan at Booth and Booth asking if she could help. The next day I received a reply suggesting that I return the 16 inch chain along with coins for the difference in price regarding the 18 inch. This I did and received the replacement chain in a matters of days, having been kept in touch by email of the stages in the exchange process.
