In placing an order with boothandbooth you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

boothandbooth is domiciled in the UK and makes no warranty to anyone who places an order from outside UK that this website complies with any non-UK laws or regulations and no local promotions will apply to these products.

Contract

A contract will come into place when an order is placed, confirmed and the goods are despatched. At this point your credit card will be charged to the value of the goods ordered.

Prices & Availability of Goods

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK Sales tax, VAT - at the current rate of 20.0%. If your order is being sent to an EC Member State then the selling price will include VAT. Any customs duties or levies in your destination country will be your responsibility.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that prices and details are correct on our website, data entry errors and other technical problems may result in inaccurate prices being shown. In such cases it is not required to honour the price. If you see any price which you believe to be inaccurate then please contact us on by clicking here

Delivery and Charges

All items ordered will be packed and despatched within 24 hours (stock availability permitting). Please note that a signature will usually be required for deliveries.

Stock Availability

We aim to always have items in stock and so if an item is sold out, it is removed from the website. There are rare occasions, however, when an item is not available after ordering in which case we will inform you as soon as possible that this is the case. Where one or more items from an order are unavailable for a short period we will still send out the rest of the order to you and the other items will be sent on as soon as we receive them.

Returns Policy

We hope that you are entirely satisfied with your boothandbooth items. However, should you wish to return the goods you should inform us of your intention to do so within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure goods are returned within 21 days of the date of purchase.

Please note that all return costs (including insurance charges and customs duty) are the responsibility of the customer. Should you be sent a faulty item then we will naturally reimburse you fully.

Payment and Security

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta and Paypal. Payments can be made by phone, post or on-line. Please note that we also accept cheques but delivery will not take place until the cheque has cleared (usually 6 working days).

Security is a major concern and we take it very seriously. Our systems ensure that your information is totally safe. Our on-line payment facility is provided by Sagepay which use the latest 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer), a protocol used to encrypt your data so that it is sent in a secure manner and stops it from being intercepted in transit. With Sagepay in reality, an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone as the information transmitted online is highly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.

Conformity of Goods

Although we make every effort to ensure that our Web Site is as accurate as possible you may find that some of the products may appear larger than their actual size and due to the difficulty in getting computer monitors to display the intricate colours of gemstones the colours may vary slightly. To assist you in your purchase where possible we display the dimensions and weights of each of our products. Due to the individual nature of the products we sell each item may slightly vary in weight and size and this is why we always state the average weight of items. We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Disclaimer

The supply of the products or their use or resale by you, and the entire liability of boothandbooth under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the price of the products, except as expressly provided in these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
